POV Solution works diligently with local mail houses to make sure your job mails out correctly and efficiently. If you are submitting a job that requires mail services, please be sure to attach the relevant mail list for that specific job with any additional instructions. If you need us to dedup your mail list, please identify which field(s), in the "additional instructions for deduping" section.
IMPORTANT: The customer understands that all quotations for mail services are for a single mailing without storage unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payment for postage will be made to the U.S. Postmaster via check. The customer’s failure to submit certified funds payable to the U.S. Postmaster and received at POV in advance of the mail date will delay the mailing. Our base mailing prices DO NOT include that actual postage amount -- postage is estimated after we receive your list and prep for distribution.
If your mail list exceeds 200 names, you may want to consider using a permit. We are happy to help set you up and answer any questions you may have about mailing with a permit! These permits may be used once a POV account has been created and a job has been placed with us. NOTE: A company can only use the NON-PROFIT if they supply and get approved by the US Postal Service. Permit placement MUST be approved by the mail house you are using for any job -- The US Postal Service is very specific and the customer is solely responsible for any incurring costs or issues that may arise from not receiving permit approval from the appropriate mailhouse.
