How to place an order

Step 2: Choose a template, insert your content and imagery, and create your own brochure.
Step 3: Choose how many brochures you need, decide if you want to use our mailing services, and submit your order.
Step 4: Ask for assistance if you need it. (See below.)

Note: Our listed prices are based on estimates of how long it normally will take to layout the brochure. Prices do not include building logos, writing content, or supplying imagery. These are all services that are available at an extra cost.

Need mailing support?
POV Solution can provide comprehensive mailing services, which means we can help you conveniently plan and implement the final distribution of your brochure.
With larger orders we prefer to ship via common freight, which can mean slightly longer delivery times. In any case, let’s talk! Note: All listed prices do not include postage costs.

BE AWARE OF YOUR PDF! If you are sending SINGLE PAGES *8.5x11, they must be in the order of you want to it to fold. I recommend drawing it out on a piece of paper and then organizing your pages.
Page 1 is the outside FRONT (cover)
Page 2 is the Inside LEFT (inside cover)
Page 3 is the inside MIDDLE
Page 4 is the inside RT (this folds in and is the shorten panel)
Page 5 is the outside LEFT (this is a folded panel, and this is the shorten panel)
Page 6 is the outside MIDDLE (when folded this is the back of the trifold.

What you can expect after you place an order
Once we receive your order, we’ll look at your files to make sure that they’re ready for production. If we see any possible issues with your file or production schedule, our office will reach out to you.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the quantity you order, plan for 5-10 business days from the time we get the sign-off proof until the time we are ready to either drop ship back to you or place items in the mail for distribution.
We try to be flexible and do our best to meet the preferred schedules of our customers. Just know that because of the multi-step manufacturing process, a project can only go so fast.
How do you handle the proofing process?
We encourage you to build in enough time to review your project carefully. We prefer that you see a proof of your project so that we can confirm you’re satisfied—and that your item is truly ready for print.
